Selection & Editing
We carefully review all images, selecting the strongest frames for editing. Our post-production process enhances each image while maintaining natural appearance and consistent quality.
Delivery
Final images are delivered through a secure online gallery. Files are provided in formats suited to your needs, with guidance on usage and storage. Print orders can be placed directly through the gallery.

Services FAQ
All session prices include the photographer's time, professional equipment, basic styling guidance, post-production editing, and digital delivery of final images. Specific inclusions vary by service and are detailed in each listing. Travel beyond 20 miles from Bristol may incur additional fees.
Standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks for portrait sessions and 3-4 weeks for larger commercial projects. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee when our schedule permits. Event coverage typically delivers within 2 weeks, with same-week options available.
Yes. After receiving your initial selection, you can view additional images from your session and purchase extras at £25 per image. For commercial projects, extended image counts can be negotiated as part of the initial agreement.
We understand that plans change. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit. For commercial bookings, specific terms are outlined in our booking agreement.
For projects over £500, we offer payment in two instalments: 50% to book and 50% before delivery. Larger commercial contracts can be structured with milestone payments. Please discuss your needs during consultation.
Personal portrait clients receive full personal use rights. Commercial clients receive rights as specified in their agreement, typically including standard marketing and promotional use. Extended licensing for advertising or resale is available. We retain copyright for portfolio use unless otherwise negotiated.
